Collarcare®  are partnered with health services across Australia and we are currently seeking Registered Nurses for hospital contracts in WA. We currently have opportunities across all specialisations with both regional contracts & local shifts. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a commitment to deliver compassionate patient care.
 
About the role: 
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to stay well-organized while prioritizing tasks efficiently. 
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. 
  • Provide emergency care to patients with acute medical conditions and injuries. 
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. 
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. 
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed. 
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care. 
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. 
  • Respond to emergencies and provide timely and effective interventions. 
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patient care. 
Key Requirements: 
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. 
  • Current National Police Check  
  • Working With Children check or willing to obtain 
  • 6 months of experience working in an Australian Health Setting  
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills 
  • Additional mandatory competencies/trainings depending on contract & role
