▶️ The Role
Take on a meaningful leadership position as Care Manager, where your impact will be felt every day. You'll lead a committed team focused on providing exceptional care to residents, with the full support of an experienced Facility Manager and a skilled care team. ▶️ Responsibilities

  • Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Implement and maintain a person-centered care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Provide professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and foster effective communication with residents and families
    
▶️ Key Candidate Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
