Executive Clinical Governance Specialist / Quality Manager

You will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all quality, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement processes, and providing leading, coaching and mentoring in quality and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical governance frameworks across multiple services.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and safety.
- Provide expert guidance to leadership team on best practices.
- Monitor and report on clinical incidents and risk management strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for care.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practices across the portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in quality and clinical governance within the aged care sector.
- Complete understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to report to executive teams.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to the elderly
