We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a state-of-the-art Residential Aged Care Facility in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive, collaborative environment—one where staff feel empowered and residents experience a genuine sense of home and community.
The Role
At this modern and well-equipped Aged Care Facility, the Facility Manager plays a vital role in leading the team and overseeing daily operations to ensure continued excellence. This position is also key to cultivating a supportive atmosphere where staff feel motivated and residents enjoy a true sense of comfort and belonging.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency
- Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards
- Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth
Key Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You’re a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for aged care
- Genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
