About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering relationship-centred care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents. You’ll provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Carers while ensuring high-quality, individualised care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive clinical care aligned with individual care plans
- Supporting and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Carers
- Collaborating with an inter-disciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Building meaningful connections with residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with aged care standards
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential aged care
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance
- Excellent communication, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills
