It is important to note that the referred candidate must not have been in contact with Collarcare® in six months leading up to the referral. To qualify, you must have registered using the above form/link or have written confirmation from your Collarcare® consultant that the referral was made. $250 or $500 will be made in the form of a gift voucher card.
