Key responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries, waitlists and admissions
- Support families through the admissions process
- Liaise with hospitals, ACAT and internal teams
- Complete admissions documentation and reporting
- Support occupancy targets
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Experience in aged care admissions, admin or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Compassionate, professional and people-focused
- Confident using systems and managing multiple tasks
- A background in sales or customer service
- Must have valid Drivers license
- Purpose-driven aged care role
- Supportive team environment
- Work along side like minded people across multiple homes.
