- Cert III Individual Support or Equivalent
- Aged Care Facility experience
- 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
- Current Police check (within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
- First aid & CPR or BLS certificate
- Reliable access to means of transportation
- Be responsible for the clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
- Lead a care team or be part of a care team delivering the highest quality, person-first, care to residents
- Documentation of vital signs, medication intake and resident assessments
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education
- Infection control and prevention
- Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
- Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied healthcare.
