• Cert III Individual Support or Equivalent 
• Aged Care Facility experience
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Current Police check (within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
• First aid & CPR or BLS certificate
• Reliable access to means of transportation  

• Be responsible for the clinical care of residents in Aged Care facilities.
• Lead a care team or be part of a care team delivering the highest quality, person-first, care to residents
• Documentation of vital signs, medication intake and resident assessments
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Family and resident education
• Infection control and prevention
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied healthcare.
