Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage care plans to ensure timely, compassionate care for residents.
- Implement a person-centred care model to support wellness, engagement, and dignity.
- Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Provide strong leadership and support to the clinical and allied health teams, ensuring effective care coordination.
- Foster clear communication with residents, families, and stakeholders to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with current AHPRA Registration.
- A deep understanding of aged care regulations, clinical standards, and governance.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and navigating complex care scenarios.
- Experience in AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care setting.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
