Your Opportunity
As CEO, you will:
- Provide strong, visible leadership across both HCP and NDIS operations
- Drive organisational growth, service innovation and long-term sustainability
- Strengthen systems and processes to support scalable, compliant service delivery

You are an inspiring and commercially minded leader who brings:
- Executive leadership experience (health, aged care, NDIS or human services ideal)

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks across NDIS and/or Aged Care
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
