Collarcare is seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our aged care team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Work respectfully around residents and staff
• Complete cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard

About You

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working around elderly residents
• Flexible and available to work various shifts

Compliance Requirements

Tier 1 compliance is required before commencing. This may include:

• Current police check
• Working rights in Australia
• Relevant mandatory training
• Infection control training
• Flu vaccination / COVID-19 requirements, where applicable
