You will play a key role in:

- AN-ACC optimisation
- Leading and mentoring nursing staff

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care leadership (Care Manager / Clinical Manager / Senior RN)
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC and care documentation
- Confident leading teams and managing performance
- Sound knowledge of compliance and accreditation processes
- Passion for resident-centred care
