Collar Care are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to join our leadership team and help drive excellence in resident care, clinical governance and team performance.

Located on the stunning waterfront of NSW's Central Coast, A well-established residential aged care home providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The home offers 24/7 nursing care, modern facilities, strong clinical leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.

About the Role

Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Clinical Manager will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
  • Oversee clinical governance, compliance and accreditation requirements
  • Manage care planning, clinical documentation and quality systems
  • Support incident management, audits, risk management and continuous improvement activities
  • Mentor, coach and develop nursing and care staff
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical best practice and organisational policies
  • Promote a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

✔ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care
✔ Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and accreditation requirements
✔ Experience managing care plans, medication management, audits and clinical compliance
✔ Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to lead teams, drive quality improvement and support change initiatives
✔ Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
