About the Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Clinical Manager will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance and clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
- Oversee clinical governance, compliance and accreditation requirements
- Manage care planning, clinical documentation and quality systems
- Support incident management, audits, risk management and continuous improvement activities
- Mentor, coach and develop nursing and care staff
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical best practice and organisational policies
- Promote a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
✔ Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
✔ Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care
✔ Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and accreditation requirements
✔ Experience managing care plans, medication management, audits and clinical compliance
✔ Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to lead teams, drive quality improvement and support change initiatives
✔ Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
