About the Role You will oversee clinical operations across the facility, ensuring high-quality resident-centred care, compliance with aged care standards, and strong clinical governance. You will lead and support nursing and care teams while working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical and care staff
- Oversee resident care plans and clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and aged care standards
- Conduct audits and monitor clinical documentation
- Support mentoring, education, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN (Division 1)
- Minimum 3 years’ aged care RN experience
- Previous leadership or Clinical Manager experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
