An established residential aged care provider on the Central Coast is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical care delivery across a well-supported aged care home.

About the Role
As Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership across the facility, supporting the Care Manager, Registered Nurses, care staff and wider multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for promoting high standards of clinical care, supporting accreditation readiness, overseeing care documentation, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.
This role would suit an experienced Registered Nurse with strong aged care knowledge, confidence in leading teams, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to Registered Nurses, ENs and care staff
- Oversee resident care planning, assessments, documentation and clinical reviews
- Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor clinical indicators, incidents, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Support staff education, mentoring and performance development
- Work closely with residents, families and external health professionals
- Promote a positive, safe and resident-focused care environment
- Assist with accreditation preparation and continuous quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Some clinical leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance, accreditation and clinical governance
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Confidence with care planning, assessments and documentation systems
- A supportive and hands-on leadership style
- A genuine commitment to quality care and positive resident outcomes
