Collar Care is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for an aged care facility located in the West of Sydney, NSW.
About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and operational support within a residential aged care setting, ensuring high-quality care delivery, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead and support nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation requirements
- Manage clinical governance, documentation, and care planning
- Support resident care outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager / Care Manager / Senior Clinical Leader in Aged Care (5 YEARS)
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, AN-ACC and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
