The Role
As a clinical manager you will drive care and continuous improvement. Never has this position been more important than it is right now in aged care. The role will lead the clinical operations on site.

- Experience as a Care Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment.
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1
- A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
- Knowledge of care planning
- Experience with clinical software packages
