Collar Group are currently hiring passionate Enrolled Nurses (EN's) to join our aged care casual workforce in Oberon, NSW. Ad hoc & block contracts available
What will I be doing?
- Clinical care of residents in residential Aged Care facilities.
- Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments
- Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
- Family and resident education
- Infection control and prevention
- Palliative care, restorative care and pain management
- Assisting Registered Nurses
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Liaising with residents’ family, doctors, and allied health professionals
Aged care nursing
- Generous pay & penalty rates
- Ad hoc shifts & block shifts available
- Flexibility to work AM/PM/Nights & rotating rosters.
What do I need to have?
- Diploma of Nursing
- Current AHPRA Registration in Australia as a EN
- COVID Vaccination (including at least one booster)
- Flu Vaccination
- First aid & CPR
- 6 months minimum full-time experience of working in Aged Care as an EN in Australia
- Current Police Check (under 12 months old)
- NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
