We’re looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead a Residential Aged Care Facility in inner-city Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and compassionate running of the facility. Your leadership will foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture where staff feel empowered and residents feel truly at home.
About the role
Within the homely Aged Care Facility, the Facility Manager is responsible for leading the team and managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring its ongoing success. This role also involves creating a positive environment where staff are motivated, and residents feel genuinely at home.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency
- Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards
- Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth
- $140,000 + Super + Salary packaging (negotiable)

- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
