Collar Care is currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Manager for an aged care facility located on the Mid North Coast, NSW.
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a strong clinical leader available to commence asap for a minimum term of 4 weeks.
About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and operational support within a residential aged care setting, ensuring high-quality care delivery, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Lead and support nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation requirements
- Manage clinical governance, documentation, and care planning
- Support resident care outcomes and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as a Clinical Manager / Care Manager / Senior Clinical Leader in Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, AN-ACC and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Immediate availability preferred
