We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Officer who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the person others can count on.
In this role, you’ll help keep our facility safe, welcoming and running smoothly every day.

You’ll take ownership of general maintenance across buildings, grounds and assets, including:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building work)
- Completing planned and preventative maintenance
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests
- Maintaining gardens and outdoor areas to a high standard
- Ensuring all work aligns with WHS and compliance requirements
- Coordinating contractors when specialist work is required
- A current driver’s licence
- Basic to intermediate technology skills (mobile, laptop and desktop)
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in maintenance (aged care or retirement living preferred)
- Background in building, plumbing, welding, fitter & turner or similar (desirable)
- Trade qualification (desirable but not essential)
