The Role:  

This senior role is designed to enhance clinical outcomes, drive staff development through effective coaching and mentoring programs, assist with managing feedback, support the day-to-day operations of the aged care home, and drive the implementation of key quality improvement and compliance activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing with current AHPRA Registration.
• A deep understanding of aged care regulations, clinical standards, and governance.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and navigating complex care scenarios
• Strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards
• Experience in AN-ACC assessment processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care setting.
