A home care provider in the Riverina region is currently seeking an experienced Quality and Governance Specialist to support their journey to becoming an approved aged care provider.
This is a flexible role with variable hours in the early stages, increasing as the organisation progresses through accreditation.
About the Role:

• Support the provider to meet governance and compliance requirements for aged care registration
• Provide expert input aligned with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Assist with accreditation preparation, documentation, and policy development
• Initially work from home with flexibility around hours
• Hours will increase as workload grows and milestones are reached

• Experienced aged care professional with a background in quality, compliance, or governance
• A strong understanding of aged care accreditation processes and recent legislative reforms
• Confident working independently and advising senior stakeholders
• Brings sound clinical leadership, operational insight, and a steady hand when it comes to guiding service setup and regulatory requirements
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting high standards in care delivery
