- Salary package of $120,000 – $140,000 + super + salary packaging(negotiable for more senior candidates)

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and accreditation requirements
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, including audits, incident management, and risk mitigation
- Oversee clinical governance, policies, procedures, and best-practice frameworks
- Manage clinical education, training programs, and staff competency assessments
- Support and mentor clinical staff, including RNs, ENs, and care staff
- Monitor clinical indicators, care outcomes, and reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate responses to audits, complaints, and reportable incidents
- Drive best practice in documentation, care planning, and clinical systems
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic and operational objectives
- Reports to the Board and General Manager
- Acts in the General Manager role during periods of leave
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in clinical leadership, quality, or governance within aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Passion for education, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence
- Suitable for experienced Clinical Managers or Senior Clinicians looking to step into a quality-focused leadership role
