The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to residents in a beautiful, aged care facility located in the Moreton Bay area. You'll receive ongoing guidance and support from your Care Managers, ensuring your success in the role. The facility offers a relaxed, homely environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of the residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead, educate, and mentor the clinical team to deliver exceptional care
- Deliver person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical and care service delivery
- Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents
Key Candidate Requirements
- AHPRA registration
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Valid National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours
- Familiarity with clinical documentation systems (e.g. iCare, Autumncare etc)
