- Australian experience (AIN or RN)
- AHPRA rego.
- Ideally post grad RN – 2-6 months experience as an RN in Australia
- Needs to be on shore
- Only RNs seeking 482 visa
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
- Administer medications and manage care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Offer emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care or a passion for working with the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
