- Wednesday - 15:30 - 23:15
- Friday - 07:00 - 15:45
- Saturday - 15:15 - 23:15
Week 2
- Monday - 06:45 - 15:30
- Tuesday - 15:30 - 23:15
- Saturday - 07:00 - 15:30
- Sunday - 15:15 - 22:30
Your Role:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
- Administer medications and manage care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Offer emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care or a passion for working with the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
