We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a well-established residential aged care facility located just 15 minutes from Narooma. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering stability, career growth, and potential visa sponsorship.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while providing leadership and support to care staff. You will play a key role in maintaining safe, person-centred care for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residents’ clinical and medical needs
- Completing and maintaining accurate documentation
- Leading and mentoring care staff
- Promoting strong WHS and clinical governance standards
- Upholding high standards of nursing care
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and strong documentation skills
- A genuine passion for aged care
