You will be supporting residential aged care facilities by delivering high-quality clinical care, medication management, and leadership across the floor while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 6 months aged care experience in Australia preferred
- Strong clinical and medication management skills
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
- Up-to-date mandatory vaccinations as required
