Essential RequirementsRegistered Nurses (RN)
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Australian residential aged care experience
Personal Care Workers (PCW/AIN)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Australian residential aged care experience
All Applicants Must Have
  • Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
  • Two COVID-19 vaccinations plus a booster
  • Current Influenza Vaccination
  • 100 points of identification
  • Valid Australian work rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Monitor residents' health, nutrition, and wellbeing
  • Implement infection prevention and control practices
  • Coordinate holistic, person-centred care
  • Support resident admissions and transitions
  • Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
  • Practice in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Personal Care Worker (PCW/AIN) Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake
  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Support the Registered Nurse in delivering holistic care
  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures
  • Assist with resident admissions and transitions
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Deliver care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
