Collarcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support aged care facilities across the Upper Hunter region on an agency shift basis.

You will be supporting residential aged care facilities with clinical care, medication administration, assessments, documentation, wound care, escalation of clinical concerns, and providing leadership to care staff on shift.
To be considered, you will need:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 6 months’ recent aged care experience in Australia or New Zealand
- Current working rights in Australia
- Current police check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an agency environment
