Collarcare® is currently seeking Registered Nurses for hospital contracts across New South Wales. We have opportunities across a wide range of specialisations and are looking for experienced RNs who are willing to travel for contract opportunities.
The role requires strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital environment.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in hospital settings
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Respond effectively to emergencies and acute clinical situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Adapt to different hospital environments, teams and clinical settings
Key Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of recent Australian hospital experience
- Current National Police Check
- Relevant mandatory competencies/trainings as required
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel for hospital contracts across NSW
