About the roles
As a Registered Nurse in residential aged care, you’ll deliver safe, person-centred clinical care and help residents maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Assessing residents and responding to changes in their health
- Administering medications and coordinating clinical care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
- Supporting and guiding care staff
- Working with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
What you’ll need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Australian residential aged care
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
- Valid Australian working rights
- Ability to meet the successful employer’s screening and vaccination requirements
