About the roles
Registered Nurses
provide clinical care, administer medications, assess and monitor residents, maintain accurate records and work closely with residents, families and the wider care team.
Personal Care Workers
assist residents with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities. You will follow care plans, report changes in residents’ wellbeing and help residents maintain their dignity and independence.
What you’ll need
Registered Nurses:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in an Australian residential aged care facility beyond clinical placements
Personal Care Workers:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support or a relevant equivalent
- Experience working in Australian residential aged care
All applicants:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- National Police Check issued within the past 12 months
- Valid Australian working rights and 100 points of identification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one if required
- Evidence of vaccinations required for the facilities where you work
