About the Roles
As an RN or PCW, you will play an important role in providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Registered Nurses – Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
Personal Care Workers – Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities
Assist with mobility, nutrition, hydration and personal hygiene
Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing
Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
About You
Registered Nurses
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
Current Influenza vaccination
Valid Australian working rights
100 points of identification
Personal Care Workers
To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a relevant equivalent qualification
Previous experience working in Australian Residential Aged Care
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
Current Influenza vaccination
Valid Australian working rights
100 points of identification
