Salary: $155-165,000 + super

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to lead our clients aged care home and ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, resident experience, and staff engagement.
About the Role:
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical and financial management of the home. You will provide strong leadership to your team, maintain full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and foster a positive culture for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to clinical, care and support teams
- Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee daily operations, accreditation, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive occupancy, financial performance and workforce planning
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders
- Lead a culture of safety, quality care and service excellence
- Manage staffing, rostering, recruitment and performance
- Maintain a welcoming, supportive and resident-centred environment
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or Assistant Manager in aged care
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance processes
- Experience managing budgets, workforce planning and continuous improvement
- Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Current Police Check and full COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (nursing or management disciplines highly regarded)
