Responsibilities
- Guide and manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency
- Guarantee adherence to all regulations and standards
- Lead and support a diverse team, cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated Facility Management experience in residential aged care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You’re a proactive, solutions-driven thinker with a passion for aged care
