We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Roster Coordinator / HR Generalist
to join a well-respected aged care facility located just outside Coffs Harbour in a beautiful coastal setting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting aged care teams to deliver high-quality care. You'll be responsible for managing rosters, coordinating HR functions, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Liaising with care managers and staff to resolve roster or staffing issues
- Assisting with HR compliance and reporting
- Previous experience in rostering or HR within aged care, healthcare, or a similar sector
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Familiarity with rostering or HR systems is highly regarded
