This pivotal role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the home by overseeing rostering, workforce coordination, administration and supporting HR processes.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.
Benefits:
- $70,000 - 80,000 + super and salary packaging (open to negotiating depending on exp)

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and maintaining staff rosters in line with care minutes and AN-ACC requirements
- Managing shift coverage, leave requests and agency bookings
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
- Assisting with HR administration including contracts, compliance and personnel records
- Liaising with clinical leadership regarding staffing needs
- Supporting payroll preparation and workforce reporting
- Ensuring workforce compliance with Awards and aged care standards
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous rostering experience (aged care or healthcare highly regarded)
- Understands workforce planning and labour management
- Has strong administrative and organisational skills
- Is confident working with HR processes and compliance documentation
- Can build positive relationships with clinical and support teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
